Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore (Tampines) is seeking a candidate for a role with a basic salary up to SGD 2,600 plus AWS and a 2–3 month bonus. Monthly gross allowance of SGD 700 is provided, bringing gross pay up to SGD 3,300.

Working hours are Sunday to Wednesday, 7am–7pm. The position involves handling shipment inquiries, coordinating order fulfillment, SAP & WMS order generation, and ensuring smooth documentation flow and timely reporting to the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Focal point for all shipment inquiries (Inbound, Outbound & MRB).
• Internal co-ordination to ensure order fulfillment.
• Order generation in SAP & WMS.
• Oversee documentation flow and record retention.
• Consolidate requirements for operating consumables.
• Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to counterpart and the warehouse in charge
