A leading automobile service provider in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Executive to handle crucial procurement and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, verifying order details, and coordinating with logistics. The ideal candidate is expected to monitor stock levels, accept orders, and maintain purchasing records. This role also entails providing general administrative support within the procurement department and executing ad-hoc duties as assigned.
The Assistant Executive is responsible for:
Prepare, issue Invoices.
Verify order details such as quantity, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Support the buyer situation.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics on goods delivery and stock receiving.
Monitor stock level and alert.
Accept orders from suppliers when buyers are unavailable.
Monitor incoming stock and flag discrepancies or delays.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and update the procurement system.
Update product pricing, inventory movements
Handle reject / return of defective inventory and facilitate the return process
Data Entry for Warranty.
Provide general admin support to the procurement department.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
