Job summary

Hiap Tong Crane & Transport Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented admin assistant to manage data entry into our system, prepare invoices, and liaise with customers and the sales team to ensure accurate billing. The role requires strong Excel and MS Office skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

The candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese and handle ad hoc tasks as they arise. Salary will be commensurate with experience, with transport provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel and accurate data entry.
• Strong math skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to handle inquiries in a team.
• Must communicate in English and Chinese.
