Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a maternity cover role from November 2026 to June 2027 to manage core accounting tasks and admin support.

You will handle invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, support payment processes, and assist with daily office operations; proficiency in MS Excel is required and QuickBooks is a plus.

The position requires a diploma or degree and 1–3 years relevant accounting experience; candidate should be organized, proactive and a team player.
