Job summary

MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance professional to manage full sets of accounts and support project-related financial activities on a 6-month maternity cover.

The role focuses on delivering precise AP/AR, GST filings, budgeting and costing support, and liaising with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance across project teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Candidates from M&E engineering, construction, engineering, industrial or manufacturing sectors are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of management accounts, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Follow up closely with project teams on billing and collection forecasts
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings
• Prepare information and schedules for annual tax submission
• Liaise with external tax agents and auditors
• Assist with project budgeting and costing
• Monitor project-related financial information and support cost management
• Perform other ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
