RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an ACMV Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on construction and engineering projects in Singapore.

The role emphasizes on-time, within-budget execution and close collaboration with contractors and clients. The successful candidate will supervise on-site installations, review technical drawings, and oversee system testing, balancing, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with BCA/SCDF

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in ACMV Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end delivery of ACMV systems on construction projects.
• Develops schedules, allocates manpower, and controls costs to meet on-time delivery.
• Supervises on-site installations and resolves technical issues or delays.
• Coordinates with main contractors, clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Reviews shop drawings and statements, ensures compliance with regulations.
• Oversees testing, balancing, commissioning, and handovers including O&M manuals.

Our Client, is a Singapore-based engineering company providing integrated mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering solution, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of ACMV Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the end-to-end delivery of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in construction and engineering projects.
• Develop work schedules, allocate manpower, and manage project costs to ensure delivery remains on time and within budget.
• Supervise daily on-site installations, inspect workmanship quality, and resolve technical issues or site delays promptly.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities, and lead sub-contractors and technical teams.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and ensure installations comply with industry specifications and local safety/building regulations (such as BCA or SCDF standards).
• Oversee system testing, balancing, and commissioning (T&C), and manage final handovers including as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in ACMV System
