Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ACMV Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems on construction and engineering projects.

You will develop work schedules, allocate manpower, and manage project costs to keep delivery on time and within budget, while supervising on-site installations, reviewing drawings, and coordinating with contractors, clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in ACMV systems including project management and engineering roles.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in electrical systems design, installation, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ACMV systems on construction and engineering projects.
• Develop work schedules, allocate manpower, and manage project costs to keep delivery on time and within budget.
• Supervise daily on-site installations, inspect workmanship quality, and resolve technical issues or site delays promptly.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities, and lead sub- contractors and technical teams.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and ensure installations comply with industry specifications and local safety/building regulations (BCA/SCDF).
• Oversee system testing, balancing, and commissioning (T&C), and manage final handovers including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Requirements:

10 years of experience working in ACMV System including project management and engineering roles.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Proficiency in electrical systems design, installation, testing and Commissioning.
