Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (ACMV) to lead ACMV-related design and project execution on iconic Singapore projects. You will interpret requirements, prepare shop drawings and method statements, and perform critical ACMV calculations.

The role involves coordinating with trades, submitting variation orders, and assisting testing, balancing, and commissioning to ensure compliant, high-quality installations in a 6-day work-week environment.

Formación

• ITE or above in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience managing ACMV projects for industrial or commercial sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret contract specifications, drawings, and Client’s requirements to guide project execution.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and inspection checklists to ensure compliance and quality control.
• Perform ACMV calculations to optimize system design.
• Conduct kitchen hood selection, exhaust, and staircase pressurization calculations to meet safety and ventilation standards.
• Coordinate installation with architectural, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Prepare technical submissions for Variation Orders, damage claims, and abortive works.
• Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings.

Our Client, is a company specialising in electrical engineering, mechanical services, ACMV, fire protection, building automation, technology solutions and sustainable engineering solutions, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Mechanical Engineer (ACMV).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret contract specifications, drawings, and Client’s requirements to guide project execution.

• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and inspection checklists to ensure compliance and quality control.

• Perform ACMV performance and static pressure calculations to optimize system design and functionality.

• Conduct kitchen hood selection, exhaust, and staircase pressurization calculations to meet safety and ventilation standards.

• Coordinate installation activities with architectural, electrical, and plumbing trades to ensure seamless integration.

• Prepare technical submissions for Variation Orders, damage claims, and abortive works to support project documentation and approvals.

• Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning activities to verify system performance and compliance.

• Support preparation of as-built drawings to document final installation and modifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITE and above in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience managing ACMV projects for industrial/ commercial

Location : Tanjong Pagar

Working Days/Hours : 6 days work week

Salary: $4500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
