Recruit Now Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced ACMV project leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of HVAC systems on major Singapore construction projects. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of ACMV/engineering experience, with strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills; hands-on site leadership is essential.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in ACMV systems including project management and engineering roles.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in electrical systems design, installation, testing and commissioning.

• Up till $5,000 - $10,000 basic + $80 mobile allowance + $550 transport allowance (Own vehicle or using company vehicle) + Variable bonus + Annual Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)


• Work Location: Changi Airport (Project: Changi Airport 5)


• Work time: 5 days work week (Although is 5 days work week, but as nature of the responsibility, 24/7 (On stand by mode) is required)

Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic & Executive Leadership: manages the end-to-end delivery of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in construction and engineering projects.


• Project Planning & Budgeting: Develop work schedules, allocate manpower, and manage project costs to ensure delivery remains on time and within budget.


• Site & Operations Management: Supervise daily on-site installations, inspect workmanship quality, and resolve technical issues or site delays promptly.


• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities, and lead sub-contractors and technical teams.


• Technical Compliance: Review shop drawings, method statements, and ensure installations comply with industry specifications and local safety/building regulations (such as BCA or SCDF standards)


• Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Oversee system testing, balancing, and commissioning (T&C), and manage final handovers including as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in ACMV System including project management and engineering roles.


• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field


• Proficiency in electrical systems design, installation, testing and Commissioning.
