Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ACMV systems in construction and engineering projects.
• Develop work schedules, allocate manpower, and manage project costs to keep on time and within budget.
• Supervise daily on-site installations, inspect workmanship quality, and resolve technical issues or delays promptly.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities; lead sub-contractors and technical teams.
• Review shop drawings and method statements; ensure installations comply with industry specs and local safety/building regulations.
• Oversee system testing, balancing, and commissioning, and manage final handovers including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Our Client, is a Singapore-based engineering company providing integrated mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering solution, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of ACMV Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the end-to-end delivery of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in construction and engineering projects.
• Develop work schedules, allocate manpower, and manage project costs to ensure delivery remains on time and within budget.
• Supervise daily on-site installations, inspect workmanship quality, and resolve technical issues or site delays promptly.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities, and lead sub-contractors and technical teams.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and ensure installations comply with industry specifications and local safety/building regulations (such as BCA or SCDF standards).
• Oversee system testing, balancing, and commissioning (T&C), and manage final handovers including as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in ACMV System
