Job summary

Our client in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical / ACMV) to lead end-to-end ACMV delivery for a major infrastructure project. You will develop schedules, allocate manpower, manage budgets and supervise on-site installation to maintain quality and schedule.

Required are over 10 years of ACMV experience with PM responsibilities, strong knowledge of air-conditioning and ventilation systems, and excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ACMV experience with project management and engineering responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Experience managing ACMV installation, testing and commissioning works.
• Strong project planning, site coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to manage subcontractors, project resources, schedules and budgets.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of ACMV systems for construction and engineering projects.
• Develop project schedules, allocate manpower and manage project resources.
• Manage project budgets and costs to ensure works are delivered within approved targets.
• Supervise daily site installation activities and monitor workmanship quality.
• Resolve technical issues, site constraints and project delays.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Review shop drawings, method statements and technical submissions.
• Ensure ACMV installations comply with project specifications and applicable building and safety requirements.
• Lead testing, balancing and commissioning activities.
• Manage final project handover, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety and schedule requirements are achieved.

Benefits

• Annual bonus equivalent to approximately 1 month basic salary
• Variable Bonus
• S$80 monthly mobile allowance
• S$550 monthly transport allowance when using own vehicle, or company vehicle subject to company arrangement
• 14 days Annual Leave, increasing by 1 day per completed year of service, up to 21 days
• Outpatient medical claims up to S$500 per year
