Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead ACMV/HVAC projects in Jurong West. You will oversee handover through completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance.

The role requires a degree in mechanical engineering or related field and at least five years of ACMV/HVAC project management experience, with strong planning, procurement, and site management skills. Join a growing engineering team focused on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Min 5 years of project management experience in ACMV/HVAC.
• Proven experience managing ACMV/HVAC projects (commercial/residential/VAV).
• Strong planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration and site management.

Responsibilities

• Review handovers from Sales to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage project lifecycle within budget and ISO quality standards.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and execution of ACMV projects.
• Monitor engineering submissions, drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Review variations and quotations promptly.
• Supervise site progress and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare reports.
• Prepare cost estimates, monitor progress claims and payments.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Lead testing, commissioning, training and handover.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, revenue forecasts and project performance.
• Support additional assignments as required.

Location: Jurong West

Salary: Up to S$6,000 basic + bonus

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of ACMV projects from handover through completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements are achieved.

Your responsibilities include:

• Review project handovers from the Sales team to ensure compliance with contract specifications, company standards, and statutory requirements.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle within budget and ISO quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Monitor engineering submissions, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Review and submit variation orders and quotations promptly.
• Supervise site progress, identify project risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
• Prepare project cost estimates, monitoring progress claims, interim certificates, and payment responses.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project.
• Lead project testing, commissioning, training, and final project handover.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, revenue forecasts, and overall project performance.
• Support additional assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Min 5 years of relevant project management experience in the ACMV/HVAC industry.
• Proven experience managing HVAC/ACMV projects, including commercial, residential, or Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and site management.
