Luxx Newhouse Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Account Clerk (AR) to join our Finance team in the North Region. This full-time role focuses on accounts receivable, credit control, and accurate record-keeping to support financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in AR, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance. Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and AR processes.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording customer invoices in the accounting system.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payment.
• Prepare and send payment reminders and statements.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed transaction records and create reports.
• Assist with credit control procedures and policy implementation.
• Process customer payments and allocate funds.
• Liaise with customers on payment queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Perform general administrative duties for the Finance team.
