Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Executive for our Accounts Receivable (Support team). You will support the month-end close, prepare schedules for bad debt write-offs, and maintain accurate AR records using SAP and Excel.

The role requires 2–3 years of AR experience, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills to work effectively within a team. This position is based in Singapore with standard full-time hours.

Formación

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Ability to multitask and handle large datasets from multiple sources.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare supporting documents and schedules for bad debt write-off applications.
• Process and post bad debt write-offs, recoveries, and reversal entries in SAP.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of bad debt-related transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare reports as required.
• Conduct data validation checks and support month-end finance activities.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
