Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Specialist (AR) to join our Finance Department in Singapore. You will report to the Finance Manager and manage accounts receivable operations including posting receipts, bank reconciliations, credit control, and the monthly closing process.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or CAT with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Meticulous, organized and a strong team player with leadership.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle posting of receipts and reconciliation
• Monitor daily receipts across all bank accounts, ensuring the AR team completes daily receipt postings and follows up on any unidentified payments received
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Oversee credit control and ensure Accounts Receivable balances are consistently monitored and closely followed up
• Ensure timely monthly closing of Accounts Receivable
• Review the posting of receipts, journals, invoices, and ad hoc adjustments
• Prepare monthly reports for meetings and highlight any risks identified
• Update daily cashflow for the receipts section
• Assist with both external and internal audits
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
