Job summary

Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to join our finance team in Singapore. You will handle daily accounting duties, foreign currency posting, bank reconciliations, and assist in month-end processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in accounting, has 2–3 years AR experience, and demonstrates strong numerical and communication skills. Independent work and teamwork are equally important in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in accounting preferred.
• 2-3 years' experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Checking of daily accounting activities.
• Foreign currency posting.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Take in of fixed assets and run monthly depreciation.
• Prepare monthly journals and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of month end accounts.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned.
