The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Tuas South, Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) to handle supplier invoices, input data into the Acctron System, and manage accruals and journal entries. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

This is a yearly contract (renewable) with responsibilities including creditor reconciliations, bank reconciliation, petty cash, and liaison with auditors during closing periods.

Qualifications

• Accounting diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with accounts payable and journal entries preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and accuracy in financial data.

Responsabilités

• Input supplier invoices into the Acctron System.
• Prepare accruals and input journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly creditor statements.
• Process outgoing payments (Giro/bank transfer).
• Manage petty cash float and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile NEA invoices halfway monthly.
• Prepare vehicle/maintenance cost reports.
• Track cashflows and liaise with auditors for year-end closing.
• Data entry of job cards and related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
