The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) to be based in Tuas South. The role operates on a yearly contract (renewable) with a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM and a salary range of 2,800 to 3,400 SGD depending on experience.

The successful candidate will handle incoming supplier invoices, accruals, AP journal entries, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and liaise with auditors. An Accounting Diploma is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Accounting Diploma is required.

Responsabilités

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System
• Accrual listing and input journal entries
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)
• Manage petty cash float
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors
• Tracking of cashflows
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits
• Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
