Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage end-to-end AP processes. You will maintain documentation, ensure accurate and timely recording of invoices, and process supplier payments within agreed terms.

You will investigate outstanding supplier matters and reconcile supplier statements monthly. The role also covers ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting functions will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions
• Responsible for keeping track of all documents for processing
• Accurate and timely recording of AP invoices
• Process payment for Suppliers within credit term granted
• Investigating and resolving Suppliers outstanding matters
• Perform monthly Supplier statement of accounts reconciliation
• Assist on ad-hoc / administrative tasks as required
