Job summary

QUESS SINGAPORE is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage the full AP spectrum in our Singapore office. You will process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and third-party payments, ensuring timely payments and accurate ledgers.

You will liaise with suppliers, resolve invoice discrepancies, perform bank reconciliations, and support month-end and GST reporting. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years in AP and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of AP experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare EFTs and payments to suppliers per terms.
• Respond to supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Match invoices with DOs and POs; process multi-currency payments.
• Maintain AP ledgers using accounting software.
• Handle staff expense claims and month-end close tasks.
• Assist in GST reporting and year-end audits.
