Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline with 1-2 years in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Oracle R12 or OCR invoice processing is preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders.
• Proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify AP invoices against POs and goods receipts per controls and GST.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue debit memos for returned goods.
• Conduct invoice posting checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve invoice issues.
• Support process improvements and automation projects to boost efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
