Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to ensure timely and accurate recording of suppliers’ invoices and employee claims into the ERP system. The role involves checking invoices in the Coupa Procure-to-Pay system and ensuring all entries are captured in ERP.

You will liaise with suppliers and internal divisions to resolve discrepancies and follow up on accruals for invoices not yet received.

Responsibilities

• Process suppliers' invoices into ERP system
• Check invoices in Coupa Procurement-to-Pay system and ensure synchronization with ERP
• Liaise with suppliers and internal divisions on discrepancies
• Follow up accruals for expenses with missing invoices
• Process supplier payments, generate vouchers, prepare cheques and online payments
• Participate in month-end / year-end closing processes
