Job summary

CLOUD RESTAURANT GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive to join our finance team, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable (AP). You will manage the day-to-day AP function, including processing supplier invoices, verifying supporting documents, preparing payments and maintaining accurate accounting records.

You will work closely with our outlets, suppliers and internal teams to ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail or multi-outlet environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt to payment.
• Receive, verify and process supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Check invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, pricing and supporting documentation.
• Ensure invoices are correctly coded and posted to the accounting system.
• Prepare supplier payment schedules and payment runs.
• Process payments to suppliers and ensure payments are made accurately and on time.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding or disputed invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
• Respond to supplier queries regarding invoices, payments and account balances.
