Job summary

Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Shared Services – Accounts Payable team in Singapore. You will process supplier invoices, match against POs and delivery notes, and ensure accurate coding before posting.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, with 1–2 years AP experience, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, and the ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume AP environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices accurately.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure proper coding and approvals before posting.
• Assist with payment runs and invoice follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments on invoice matters.
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
