Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Singapore to support supplier invoice processing, timely payment runs and monthly corporate credit card and employee expense claims.

You will register new vendors in SAP, correspond with suppliers on outstanding accounts, reconcile statements and assist with monthly closing, cash flow reporting, petty cash and bank reconciliations, while contributing to process improvements to enhance AP efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices up to date into the accounting system.
• Promptly payment processing.
• Process monthly Corporate Credit Card expenditure and employee claims.
• New vendor registration to SAP, correspond with suppliers regarding outstanding accounts, respond to inquiries and reconcile supplier statement.
• Prepare journal voucher and ensure timely closing of accounts payable.
• Monitor petty cash, bank reconciliation and related issues
• Prepare weekly cash flow
• Support process improvement initiatives
