Ichor is seeking an Accounting Specialist (Accounts Payable) to join our Finance team in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day AP activities, process supplier invoices and payments, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close.

The role requires attention to accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with internal departments and suppliers. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business, have at least 3 years of high-volume AP experience, strong Excel skills, and

Competenze

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience with high-volume AP transactions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Hands-on Excel experience; Oracle ERP is preferred.

Mansioni

• Verify accounts payable records and process supplier invoices and payments.
• Perform SOA reconciliations and month-end closing support.
• Utilize Oracle ERP to record transactions, run reports, and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with tax-related matters and audits; prepare supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and confidentiality of information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Provide backup support to team members and participate in ad-hoc projects.
