Responsibilities

• Receive, capture and process a high volume of vendor invoices.
• Check invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents.
• Verify quantities, prices and payment terms.
• Post verified invoices into the financial system, such as SAP.
• Perform invoice checking and general administrative duties.
• Support the AP team with daily finance operations.
