Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee end-to-end AP processes, manage a small team, and partner with Finance, Procurement and senior stakeholders.

You will lead invoice processing, payments, supplier reconciliations, and month-end close, delivering accurate reporting, controls, and continuous process improvements across ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager or senior AP role.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and best practices.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Confident communicator able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with finance systems and ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounts payable team.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Review and approve invoices, payment batches, and journal entries.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and resolve escalated queries.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies, including system enhancements.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to senior finance leadership.
