Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable lead to manage the AP function, fixed assets, and timely payment of invoices.

You will oversee the AP team, ensure policy compliance, prepare monthly/annual close, and collaborate with GL/bank reconciliations, audit readiness, and board reporting. Candidates should have 5-7 years in accounting, proficiency with Navision, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office particularly in Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise the AP team to ensure compliance to policies and SOPs.
• Ensure purchases documents received are completed, properly approved and accounted in Navision.
• Ensure timely submission of WHT and compilation of agent commissions and royalties records.
• Close liaison with GL team and follow up on bank reconciliation items.
• Approve creation of new vendors in Navision and supervise PO users.
