Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the AP function, fixed assets accounting, and timely payment of invoices.

The role includes cash flow management, management reporting, and budgeting duties, with a focus on process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a accounting degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, be familiar with Navision, and be proficient in Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of accounts payable processing.
• Supervise AP team to ensure policy compliance and SOP adherence.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of purchases and approvals in the system.
• Submit WHT timely and accurately; manage agent commissions/royalties records.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing for AP sub-ledger.
• Liaise with GL team and assist with bank reconciliation items.
• Approve creation of new vendors in Navision and guide PO users.
• Manage cash flow projections and monitor funds for payments.
• Prepare AP reports for month-end/year-end closing and variance analyses.
• Assist in forecasts and budgets for direct costs and expenses.
• Oversee outsourced vendor performance and ensure deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Edutrust (CPE) requirements and audits.
• Act as a business partner to various units to resolve issues.
