Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Manager (AP) to oversee full spectrum of accounts payable and cash flow in Singapore, with relocation to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area expected around Q2 2027.

You will supervise the AP team, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to monthly cash flow projections, reporting, and budgeting. Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years' experience and Navision/MS Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office particularly in Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise and guide the accounts payable team to ensure compliance to policies.
• Ensure purchases documents are complete, approved and recorded timely.
• Ensure timely submission of WHT.
• Compile agent commission and royalties records.
• Ensure month-end and year-end closing for AP subledger.
• Close liaison with GL team and follow up on bank reconciliation items.
• Oversee vendor creation in Navision and guide PO users.
