Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support regional AP activities for a leading Medical Tech MNC near One North MRT. The role requires handling payments, claims, intercompany transactions and GL schedules, with close coordination to ensure timely month-end reporting.

Our client is a leading Medical Technology MNC.

Responsibilities:

• Handles AP, prepare payments and manage cashflow forecast to ensure sufficient fund before making payments.
• Handles employee claims.
• Handles Intercompany transactions.
• Prepare GL schedules.
• Work closely and functional support to the Regional Senior Finance Manager on the month-end close and reporting in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions in accordance with IFRS and local FRS and compliance to internal policies.
• Handling SAP S4 enhancement projects, follow up on the project progress and updates to ensure projects complete within the timeline.
• Any other job assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Degree / ACCA / Diploma in Accountancy related qualifications
• Has at least 2 years of regional Accounts Payable (AP) experience, preferably with corporate MNCs
• Proficient in SAP
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous in handling financial data and capable of performing well under minimal supervision.

Other Information:

• Working Days/Hours: Mon– Fri, 830am to 530pm
• Location: Near One North MRT
• 10 months contract (may renew or convert, depending on performance/business needs)
