Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable professional based near One North, Singapore. The role requires handling AP, claims, intercompany transactions, and GL schedules with IFRS/FRS compliance. Collaboration with regional accountants for month-end close and reporting is expected, along with support to HK and Malaysia entities. SAP experience is essential.

The position is a 10-month contract, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, near One North MRT.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of regional AP experience, preferably with corporate MNCs.
• Proficient in SAP.

Responsibilities

• AP Management: Handle Accounts Payable, prepare payments, and maintain cashflow forecasts.
• Employee Claims: Manage employee claims, ensuring efficient processing and timely resolution.
• Intercompany Transactions: Handle Intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• General Ledger (GL) Schedules: Prepare GL schedules accurately and in compliance with IFRS/FRS.
• Month-end Close and Reporting: Collaborate with Regional Accountants for timely month-end close and reporting.
• Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure transactions' accuracy per IFRS/FRS and internal policies.
• Support to Hong Kong and Malaysia entities for AP & other functions as assigned.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing in SAP projects.

Our client is a leading Medical Technology MNC.

Responsibilities

• AP Management: Handle Accounts Payable, prepare payments, and maintain cashflow forecasts to ensure sufficient funds before making payments.

• Employee Claims: Manage employee claims, ensuring efficient processing and timely resolution.

• Intercompany Transactions: Handle Intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• General Ledger (GL) Schedules: Prepare GL schedules accurately and in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).

• Month-end Close and Reporting: Collaborate closely with the Regional Accountants to complete month-end close and reporting tasks in a timely manner.

• Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure transactions' accuracy in accordance with IFRS, local FRS, and compliance with internal policies.

• Other APAC region AP & other function support as assigned: Handle Accounts Payable and other functions with Hong Kong and Malaysia entities as required, and provide support to the regional teams in maintaining accurate financial records.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing in SAP projects.

Requirements

• Degree / ACCA / Diploma in Accountancy related qualifications

• Has at least 2 years of regional Accounts Payable (AP) experience, preferably with corporate MNCs

• Proficient in SAP

• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Meticulous in handling financial data and capable of performing well under minimal supervision.

Other Information

• Working Days/Hours: Mon - Fri, 830am to 530pm

• Location: Near One North MRT

• 10 months contract (may renew or convert, depending on performance/business needs)
