Job summary

VIPTEACHER PTE. LTD. is seeking a treasury/finance professional to oversee daily cash positions for the company and its subsidiaries. The role involves bank transaction review, reconciliations, and processing payments in line with approval matrices.

You will prepare weekly cash-flow reports, manage intercompany funding, and coordinate with banks on deposits and facilities, ensuring accurate accounting and strong controls. Prior multi-currency exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate finance exposure with treasury focus.

• Knowledge of payable processes and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions across the company and subsidiaries.
• Review and monitor bank transactions and work closely with the accounts team on bank reconciliations and reconciliation differences.
• Prepare and process supplier, payroll and other payments according to the company's approval matrix.
• Prepare weekly cash-flow reports.
• Execute and monitor bank transfers, supplier payments, intercompany funding and other treasury transactions.
• Maintain banking facilities, bank accounts, authorized signatories and online banking administration.
• Coordinate with banks on deposits, loans, facilities and other banking matters.
• Manage intercompany loans/funding, including interest calculations and supporting documentation.
• Assist with treasury-related audit schedules and confirmation requests.
• Undertake other matters assigned by management.

Preferred candidate:

• Familiarity with online banking platforms and payment controls.


• Attention to detail and accuracy.


• Experience with multi-currency transactions and multiple legal entities would be particularly useful.
