Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to manage the AP function, fixed assets, and vendor payments in a dynamic Singapore environment.

You will oversee the AP team, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and coordinate with GL for bank reconciliations, monthly closings, and audit support. Strong Navision and Excel skills are essential, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting or AP roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of accounts payable and related processes.
• Manage monthly cash flow projections and working capital.
• Prepare month-end and year-end AP subledger closings and reports.
• Assist forecasting/budgeting of direct costs and expenses.
• Supervise outsource vendors and ensure service levels and deliverables.
• Support Edutrust and audit documentation and liaise with external auditors.
• Act as a business partner to various units to resolve operational issues.
• Handle fixed asset accounting and asset tagging as required.
