Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is looking for an Accounts Payable lead to manage the AP function, fixed assets, and timely payment of invoices. You will supervise the AP team, ensure policy compliance, and support month-end close and management reporting.

Responsibilities include cash flow projections, vendor management, Edutrust/audit readiness, and collaboration with the GL team. Requires a degree in accounting with 5–7 years' experience, Navision and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable spectrum and supervise AP team.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and monitor funds.
• Close month/year end with AP subledger and prepare audit schedules.
• Assist budgeting/forecasting for direct cost and expenses.
• Oversee outsource vendor performance and compliance.
• Ensure Edutrust documentation and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with GL and bank reconciliation items.
• Handle fixed assets accounting and tagging when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
