Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to oversee the AP function, fixed assets accounting, and the timely payment of company invoices.

You will supervise the AP team, ensure adherence to policies, prepare monthly cash flow projections, and provide management reporting and budget insights. Proficiency in Navision and Excel is essential, with 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise AP team to ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of bank payments and WHT.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections.
• Produce month-end/year-end AP reports and variance analysis.
• Oversee fixed assets accounting and tagging.
• Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders.
• Assist in budget forecasting and cost control.
