Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to oversee AP operations, fixed assets accounting, and timely payment of invoices in Singapore.

The role requires 5–7 years of accounting experience and familiarity with Navision. Responsibilities include AP supervision, WHT submissions, vendor onboarding, month-end close, and collaboration with GL, audit teams and senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounts payable and supervise AP team.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices, WHT and agent commissions.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and assist cash flow management.
• Ensure month-end and year-end closing of AP subledger.
• Prepare and review AP reports for closing and board decks.
• Assist in forecast/budgeting of direct costs and expenses.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audit and Edutrust compliance.
• Ensure fixed assets are accounted and tagged appropriately.
