Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Accounting with 1–2 years of AP exposure, familiarity with Oracle R12 or OCR processing, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting with 1–2 years of AP experience.
• Familiar with Oracle R12 or OCR Invoice Processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office apps.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable and focused on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify AP invoices against POs and goods receipts.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue debit memos for goods returned to suppliers.
• Conduct invoice posting checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on issues.
• Support process improvements, automation projects, and enhancements.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
