Job summary

COURTS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will process supplier invoices, perform reconciliations, and liaise with vendors to resolve queries while supporting the month-end close.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, 0–3 years’ AP experience (fresh graduates encouraged for Associate/Assistant), strong Excel skills, and excellent communication with meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 0-3 years of Accounts Payable experience; fresh diploma holders considered for Associate/Assistant levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Meticulous, highly organized with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process trade and non-trade supplier invoices accurately and within deadlines.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers on invoice, payment, and statement queries and follow up on missing documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier-related issues.
• Assist the finance team with AP month-end closing processes.
