Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to maintain AR records, process payments, and handle invoicing for local and export sales, service, and maintenance.

The role requires an ITE/ Diploma in Accountancy or related field with 2–5 years of accounting experience; knowledge of Sage 300 ERP is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and can grow within a fast-paced finance team.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related qualification.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience; construction experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Sage 300.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales and accounts receivable records and process payments.
• Handle invoicing for local/export sales, service, and maintenance.
• Monitor outstanding payments and perform monthly reconciliation.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, financial schedules, and general accounting duties.
• Provide backup support to the Finance team and handle other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.
