The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to join our finance team in Singapore. You will manage AR processes, invoice local projects, and support monthly reconciliations while ensuring timely collections.

This full-time role requires an ITE or Diploma in Accountancy, AR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP Sage 300. The position is based in Ubi, Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm, with salary SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 per month.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Accountancy required.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable required.
• Construction industry experience an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• ERP Sage 300 knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Update and maintain all sales-related information.
• Handle accounts receivable, including recording customer payments, following up on outstanding receivables, preparing invoices for local projects, export sales, servicing and maintenance, and performing monthly reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Prepare local regulatory reports and other financial schedules.
• Provide backup support to the Finance Department.
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Requirement

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy. Qualifications in Finance, ACCA or Business are an advantage.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Background in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage 300 is preferred.
