The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to update and maintain all sales information, record customer payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

You will prepare invoices for local projects and export sales, service and reconcile accounts monthly. Based at the Ubi office, the role supports the Finance Department and assists with general admin duties.

Competenze

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy; Finance/ACCA/Business qualifications are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Background in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage 300 preferred.
