The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable clerk to update and maintain sales and receivable records, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate payment postings. This full-time role requires AR experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP familiarity, working Mon-Fri in our Ubi office.

The ideal candidate will support local regulatory reporting and routine finance tasks, while providing backup to the Finance Department and handling ad hoc duties as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy with relevant AR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Sage 300 preferred.

• Mon to Fri, 5 days - 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain all sales-related information.
• Handle accounts receivable, including recording customer payments, following up on outstanding receivables, preparing invoices for local projects, export sales, servicing and maintenance, and performing monthly reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Prepare local regulatory reports and other financial schedules.
• Provide backup support to the Finance Department
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Requirement

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy. Qualifications in Finance, ACCA or Business are an advantage.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Background in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage 300 is preferred.
