The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Officer (AR) to join our finance team in Singapore. The role focuses on AR processes, invoice preparation for local projects, and timely recording of customer payments.

You will maintain sales information, perform monthly reconciliations, prepare regulatory schedules, and provide backup support to the Finance Department. Candidates with AR experience and ERP/Sage 300 familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Accountancy is required or advantageous.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Background in construction industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Update and maintain all sales-related information.
• Handle accounts receivable, including recording customer payments, following up on outstanding receivables, preparing invoices for local projects, export sales, servicing and maintenance, and performing monthly reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Prepare local regulatory reports and other financial schedules.
• Provide backup support to the Finance Department
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

• $2,500 to $3,000


• Mon to Fri, 5 days - 8.30am to 5.30pm


• Office Location: Ubi

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain all sales-related information.


• Handle accounts receivable, including recording customer payments, following up on outstanding receivables, preparing invoices for local projects, export sales, servicing and maintenance, and performing monthly reconciliation of outstanding balances.


• Prepare local regulatory reports and other financial schedules.


• Provide backup support to the Finance Department

Requirement

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy. Qualifications in Finance, ACCA or Business are an advantage.


• Relevant hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).


• Background in the construction industry is an advantage.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage 300 is preferred.
