The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Singapore.

The role involves updating and maintaining sales data, processing customer payments, invoicing for local and export projects, and performing monthly reconciliations. You will support the Finance Department and assist with ad hoc duties from management. Based at the Ubi office, typical hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy. Qualifications in Finance, ACCA or Business are an advantage.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Background in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage 300 is preferred.

Responsabilités
