Zusammenfassung

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking an entry-level accounting assistant in Singapore to support accounts receivable processes, invoicing, and documentation.

You will work with a collaborative team to learn day-to-day accounting tasks and use Xero for recording transactions. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or have recently completed an ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed studies in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with AR, invoicing and basic accounting concepts.
• Comfort with learning accounting software and processes.

Aufgaben

• Assist AR functions: prepare invoices, track payments, maintain records.
• Support partial sets of accounts, focusing on AR-related tasks.
• Help maintain documentation and ensure timely invoicing.
• Support reconciliations and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Assist in updating transactions using Xero.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers on billing.
