Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent is required.
• Fresh graduates may apply; no prior experience required.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts and bookkeeping.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Xero is a plus.
• Meticulous, organised and capable of meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage routine AP/AR activities and record transactions accurately.
• Check supplier invoices, obtain approvals, and prepare online payments.
• Process staff claims, customer invoices, credit notes, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and update balances regularly.
• Record entries in Xero and maintain financial records.
• Assist in monthly journal entries, closing schedules and reconciliations.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and related schedules.
• Prepare documents for audit purposes and liaise with vendors.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure orderly records.
• Carry out additional finance and admin tasks as required.
