Job summary

HIART PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable clerk in Singapore. The role handles invoicing, intercompany billings, and daily receipts using Xero. You will process supplier invoices, perform reconciliations, and ensure accurate expense claims.

Qualifications include a diploma in accountancy with at least two years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome, and only Singaporeans/SPRs may apply. Immediate start is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review staff expense claims and reimbursements in XERO.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
