Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for an accounting support role based in Singapore, located at Pandan Loop, Clementi. The candidate will handle data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks within a busy finance team.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 per month. Candidates with Xero experience and strong Excel skills are preferred and will perform month-end close support and audit documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• With relevant experience in accounting duties.
• Experience using Xero will be preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Enter supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting system
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
• Perform bank reconciliations and basic account reconciliations
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and supporting documents
• Assist with payment preparation and accounting schedules
• Support month-end closing and audit documentation where required
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by the finance team
